What started as my grandfather's hobby, became my father's business, and now, is my life's work. I've been shooting photos and videos ever since I was old enough to hold a camera in my hand.
At the start of my advertising career in Buffalo, NY, I edited nationally-run television commercials for brands including Clearasil, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Sunkist. That led to a little bit of savings, a trip across the country, and an apartment in Mar Vista making direct-response TV spots and digital videos.
More than 20 years in production, and a handful of direct-to-consumer brands later, I'm looking for the next opportunity in marketing. I lead teams of shooters, video and image editors, 3D modelers, website designers, visual effects artists and project managers — and can do it all. Always eager to accept a new challenge.
These days that also means working with AI across the pipeline — using it in filming and previz, drafting and iterating ad copy, and even coding the landing pages themselves. It's not just front-end creative either: a lot of the job happens on the back end, digging into paid social data to see what's actually converting, then feeding that straight back into the next round of creative, pages, and funnels.
Recent work includes campaign photography and product ad creative for brands like City Beauty, BugMD, Sutera, Shameless Snacks, Prosperatea, and RRI, plus directed video for Salbatage, VANTVC, and EnRenew — including a spot featuring actress Maggie Q.
